Delivery Promise Kit

Promise the week you have, not the week you had in April — then say it before they have to ask.

ecommerceany — consumer delivery rights, passing of risk and carrier claim limits are local and flaggedAny — the output language is set by youfirst-party

What it is

Replaces the delivery line copied off a carrier's brochure with a number your warehouse actually hits, then builds what hangs off it: the price and speed table, the cut-off displayed honestly, the six messages that kill "where is my order", the protocol for the parcel that never arrives. Delivery is the last conversion objection and the first refund reason, handled as an operations problem with a copywriting output. For DTC founders, ecommerce managers, and whoever packs the boxes.

What you receive

a delivery promise your operation can actually keep — the cut-off and lead-time arithmetic behind it, the promise wording for product page, basket and checkout, the shipping price and speed table with its threshold and exceptions, the six proactive messages from dispatch to lost parcel, and the reship, claim-window and re-measurement protocol that moves the promise when reality does

Delivered as a single, complete .md skill file — open it, paste it into any capable chat model, and work. No installation, no account with anyone but us.
