RFP Response Engine

A tender is an exam with an anonymous marker — you do not persuade it, you score against it.

salesany — commercial and public tendering; procurement rules, exclusion grounds and challenge deadlines flagged for local counselAny — the output language is set by youfirst-party

What it is

The tender that arrived by email, handled as a scored examination with an anonymous marker rather than a sales conversation written down. Decides bid or no-bid on evidence, deconstructs the pack into a compliance matrix with named evidence owners, writes to the published weightings, prices inside the buyer's template and names the mismatch, and closes with the dry run and the debrief requested win or lose. For agencies, contractors, manufacturers and anyone selling through a procurement department.

What you receive

a formal tender answered like a scored examination rather than a sales pitch — the bid/no-bid verdict owned before anyone writes a word, the compliance matrix that stops a disqualification on a technicality, answers written to the published rubric, pricing decided inside the buyer's own template, the clarification questions that move the ground legitimately, and the debrief that makes the next bid cheaper
