The CV & Resume Forge for Career Changers
DolceDrago 303 — a skill for the resume that has no line of relevant experience on it
Variant of Nº011 — The CV & Resume Forge
What it is
Builds the resume for the hardest case: applying into a sector where you have no line of paid experience. It names the change instead of hiding it, restates the old career's results in the target's language, and builds a projects block out of self-directed, volunteer and freelance work, so the document argues from evidence rather than motivation. For a sector switch, a function switch, a post-redundancy pivot, or a return to work through a new door — anyone whose experience is real but sits in the wrong industry.
What you receive
a career-change resume built on substitute evidence — the change named in the first line, old results restated in the target sector's language, and a projects block carrying the case for work the candidate has never been paid to do
