Invoice Chasing for Suppliers to Public Bodies
DolceDrago 346 — a skill for the invoice that is not disputed, not refused, and not paid
Variant of Nº019 — The Invoice Chaser
What it is
Builds the chase for the debtor that cannot be charmed and cannot be frightened: a public authority. Starts where the money is really stuck — the e-invoicing channel, the registration number, the certification, the commitment line — then runs the mother's ladder against the payment period the buyer's own rules impose, naming an office at each rung instead of a person. Use it when the platform rejected an invoice, when a department confirms receipt but the treasury has not paid, or when the next tender makes aggression expensive. For suppliers to ministries, hospitals and municipalities.
What you receive
a public-sector payment-recovery ladder — the admissibility check that decides whether the invoice legally exists yet, then rungs dated to the payment period the buyer is under, each addressed to the office holding the file
