Budget Building for Non-Profits and Associations

DolceDrago 347 — a skill for the year where the money has names on it

Variant of Nº053 — The Budget Builder

financeAny jurisdictionAny — the output language is set by youvariant

What it is

Builds the budget a charity, association or grant-funded project can defend: one column per fund, because the money is not fungible. Restricted pots with their eligible-cost lists and end dates, match evidenced rather than assumed, staff apportioned on a declared key, overhead recovered to the cap the funder allows, and the unrestricted column that is the only one free to move. For charities, associations, social enterprises and the treasurers who sign.

What you receive

a fund-accounted budget — one column per restricted pot with its eligible costs, match and reporting date, an unrestricted column carrying the core, the cash row against claims paid in arrears, and the underspend and reserves flags dated before the funder's deadline

Delivered as a single, complete .md skill file — open it, paste it into any capable chat model, and work. No installation, no account with anyone but us.
