What it is
Confidentiality where secrecy is impossible: to make the thing, the supplier must receive the drawing, the tech pack and the mould geometry. Protection is not concealment but control — what is released at quote, at sample and at order; who owns the tooling and whether it can be held against you; whether the same line may run a competitor's version; what comes back at the end. For brands sending drawings out, and factories handed paper to sign.
