Quote Presentation for Trades Quoting Homeowners
DolceDrago 363 — a skill for the quote that survives two rivals on the kitchen table
Variant of Nº021 — The Quote Presenter
What it is
Turns a trade's price into a quote a homeowner can compare against the two others on the kitchen table. Builders, electricians, plumbers, roofers and fitters lose work to numbers that are lower because something is missing — scaffolding, making good, a skip, a survey, the tax. This makes the missing visible: exclusions as a list, the structural unknown priced as a range with a decision point, days that depend on other people, money released against work done. For trades quoting private householders.
What you receive
a homeowner-ready quote built to be compared — outcomes and tiers, a named exclusions list, priced provisional sums for the structural unknowns, a working-day programme with its dependencies, and a stage-payment schedule, with the deposit and cancellation wording sent to legal review
