The Support Reply System for Marketplace Sellers
DolceDrago 370 — a skill for replies that are scored before the buyer reads them
Variant of Nº010 — The Support Reply System
What it is
Support replies for sellers who answer inside somebody else's inbox, on somebody else's clock, under somebody else's rules. Reads the buyer message for the case it is about to become, picks the posture, and writes a reply that solves the problem without earning a policy strike, a defect or a claim decided on the thread alone. For late deliveries, not-as-described messages, refund demands, feedback threats, and the messages that quietly invite you off-platform. For sellers whose account, not the order, is what is really at risk.
What you receive
the buyer-message reply written to be sent inside the platform's own messaging — clocked to the response window, clean of the phrases that cost an account, and drafted to read well to the case adjudicator who opens the thread weeks later
Delivered as a single, complete .md skill file — open it, paste it into any capable chat model, and work. No installation, no account with anyone but us.
